Prestonpans event a huge success

We had a fantastic weekend at Prestonpans, where we held our annual East Lothian Battle Weekend in conjunction with the Battle of Prestonpans (1745) Heritage Trust.

Over 1,500 visitors attended to see over 100 re-enactors across two living history camps and a packed arena programme. A list of the groups who took part can be found here: What a Blast! – Battle of Prestonpans 1745

A few days later, we laid a wreath at the 1745 Memorial Cairn ahead of joining the Prestonpans trust for their livestreamed ceremony (see here: 276th Anniversary marked – Battle of Prestonpans 1745)
